I got a few days of honey desire to test four delicious varieties. We love
honey - but we knew him so far in the normal form, our neighbor is a beekeeper, where we always bring our honey, two varieties of delicious, really.
But these kinds of request honey really topped it all!
Bio-Bergamot Honey had to immediately be tried by our junior and was so well received, which then was followed by three slices of bread and the glass was empty ratzekahl ;-) After all, a loaf of bread was I back myself and am delighted with the sweet, slightly sour and fruity taste delicious!

Manuka about this honey has my hubby was particularly pleased, he may prefer bitter honey this one has a very intense aroma, sweet and slightly tart. The specialty of this variety, there are many small "honey crystals" in it - our "big" it tastes very good, but our little gourmet honey, he was a little too bitter. A great strong healing effect of honey, Manuka is a medicinal plant.
