Whether a woman is effectively blocked, not only to the successful learned self-defense techniques, but especially on the determination, their lives, their health and their dignity protected. Successful self-defense is a mindset, with the decision to stand up for themselves, no matter what others think about it or to say.
An important step towards genuine self-confidence, to discover their own strength and power to adopt and deploy. The experience of being physically really strong, and successfully to defend, is a very special experience that was to see every woman.
UNCERTAINTY HAS MANY FACES

The Can-Do ® training is realistic and at times corresponding to hard, so there will be bruising and perhaps even a bruise or bloody ankle. These are the trophies that show that you fought and you've used.

I think your great clarity, which prompts me again and again. The confrontation with battle was often hard and unpleasant - as the knife fight - But I have learned thus far total. I feel much more alive and safe now.
I really discovered what I miss .. fight and realize how strong I am!
There is something happened in me that I had not thought possible. Since I started training with you, many have changed. Before that, I thought it is normal to feel so, think and act. But it is a stark difference a very different world. You were the person who revealed to me this new world. I have GE holf to act freely and to think, to do what I want, think, and you showed me how to accept and respect themselves. I have come to you for self-defense and self-confidence to learn. But I've stopped with the puking and the drugs. I have changed and with my family, my friends and my work in training and job. Even with my parents I now have a really warm relationship. I'm so happy. I've never felt this way. I do not want to die. Life is a wonderful gift.
I had real fear of physical Confrontation in training. But it's incredible sense of security which you refer. I went through all the limits of permanent panic attacks and that feeling is incomparable! I feel happy, free and secure! Thanks a million!
